Screen printing
Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen, one colour at a time. It is the most economical way to print large runs with bold, solid colours.
- Best for
- Bulk orders with one to six colours
- Look and feel
- Bold, opaque and long-lasting
- Works on
- Cotton and blends

DTF printing
Your artwork is printed onto film and heat-pressed onto the garment, so there is no limit on colours or detail.
- Best for
- Full-colour artwork, gradients and smaller runs
- Look and feel
- Smooth and flexible, with photo-level detail
- Works on
- Cotton, polyester and blends

Sublimation
Dye is turned into gas with heat and bonds with polyester fibres, so the print becomes part of the fabric.
- Best for
- All-over prints and sportswear
- Look and feel
- Nothing to feel, crack or peel
- Works on
- White and light-coloured polyester

Embroidery
Logos are digitised and stitched with multi-head embroidery machines for a raised, premium finish.
- Best for
- Logos on polos, caps, jackets and uniforms
- Look and feel
- Raised thread with a premium finish
- Works on
- Most fabrics

Vinyl (HTV)
Cut vinyl is heat-pressed onto each garment, which makes it easy to give every piece a different name or number.
- Best for
- Team names and numbers
- Look and feel
- Crisp edges, smooth surface
- Works on
- Most fabrics
Puff, foil and high-density
Specialty inks that rise, shine or stand off the fabric, popular with streetwear and fashion labels.
- Best for
- Clothing brands and limited drops
- Look and feel
- Raised, metallic or textured
- Works on
- Cotton
Garment finishes
Bio-wash and enzyme wash for softness, tie-dye, acid wash and garment dye for a lived-in look, and silicon finish for a smooth hand feel.
